It works really well, I switched to this from the Sure-Jell brand this year and it’s a much better value. I’ve found it’s equally effective at 1.5 oz replacing each 1.75 oz box of Sure-Jell a recipe calls for. You could probably play around with the amount and use less than that but everything has set well for me at 1.5 oz. I’ve made more than two dozen batches of jam with it this year and am already using a second container that seems just as good. Great product for a fantastic price.

Excellent product for the money. Have not had any problems with my jams setting properly while using this pectin. I have purchased this many times and will continue to do so.

Arrived in good condition, although powder seemed to be leaking because it was all over the container but it was completely sealed, i think? Used once, seemed to work well, so i will come back to review with a second processing

I've bought this twice now. I am by no means a "preserves canner", but when some things are in season (mangoes to mind), I make as much as possible during the short season. It seems that I do have to use quite a lot, and maybe that's normal, given my limited experience with canning fruit. My preserves have come out quite delish and thick using this product. I even had a fruit salad left over from an event, with all sorts of berries, melons, pineapple, and apples, and I just threw them all together and cooked them down, added this pectin, and ended up with a surprisingly yummy mixed fruit spread.
