How difficult is it to move ?

It can be a bit challenging. The wheels are on the back side of the base (the side where the pole attaches to), so a somewhat safe way of moving it is to have one person tilt the pole back so that the front of the base lifts off the ground and then have another person move it by holding the front of the base. If you just want to adjust it a bit, you can just push it without lifting it.

The dimensions are 3.5 in by 2.75 in.
