Can be used as a whole as a sprinkle or the colours can be picked out to make a design.  Great fun for cooking with kids, the sprinkles are unusual and look really good.

    Extremely bitter

These were so bitter that we had to peel them off the cakes we'd made for my son's class.  Checked the date and they were well within the sell-by...but were they somehow rancid?  We bought the Rainbow mix from Sprinkletti and those were fine, so maybe this was just a one-off, but the list of ingredients were also slightly different.  Very disappointed as they do look cute but so bitter they nearly ruined our cakes.
