What distinguishes it from other eyeliners is that the brush tip is much smaller than say a Kat Von D Tattoo liner and it's cheaper to boot. It can smudge a little bit in some instances, but for the most part it lasts all day and is faster to apply for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Liquid Eyeliner but,....... *by D***R on April 26, 2019* I discovered this eyeliner a year ago and fell IN LOVE. I stopped using all other brands (NYX, Eyeco, MUF, etc) cause this eyeliner took the CAKE! When I first purchased this liner, I discovered it randomly, I found it at TJ Maxx for MAYBE $5.After that I was never able to find it again in store until Amazon came to the rescue. I misread the Amazon add and got excited thinking I'd receive TWO eyeliners for the listed price. However, I was extremely disappoint when only ONE arrived. My bad?Having said that, compared to other brands it's a pretty decent price when considering the quality (dries fast, no smudging, black is BLACK, and pen lasts a long time and doesn't dry out or fade like felt-tip liners).
