Audio input was from a four microphone mixer, with output to multiple headsets. Signal distribution is not 1 to 1 (gain of 1). Sound distorts at a fairly low level and was unusable. Construction is fairly flimsy plastic case.I purchased a CablesToGo 1 to 7 audio-video distribution amplifier from another vendor which works well, has good sound quality, has a solid metal case, is smaller, and costs about the same.I gave this product one star only becasue that is the lowest rating.
