I thought it might help with joint pain. I'm 66 and not looking for a miracle cure since nothing exist. That being said I had a noticeable change after 4 days, the big surprise was the neuropathy in my feet had improved. No idea why and not what I purchased it for. I have now been taking for 2 weeks, 8oz. every morning. I can get up and down easier and I would say 80% of my neuropathy is gone. I even give some to my dog (she loves it). Is it a miracle cure no but worth every penny. Update: after almost 6 months it is still working. Neuropathy is gone and joint pain is minimal, doesn't do much for muscle strength guess I still need to exercise. Update: My dog is still doing great, we don't miss a day. I'm now 68 and my joints are doing great. My (75 lb) dog is 3 months away from 16. We don't miss a day without splitting 8oz of this bone broth. My vet is amazed that my dog is still walking, which brings me much joy.
