Not just the little massage rollers in the middle, but the entire top of it is such a pleasure to run your feet over.I am very fidgety at my desk and often struggle to keep my legs flat on the ground. The rolling mechanism of this stool makes that so much easier. And instead of playing with my hands, I now discharge that nervous energy by rocking my feet and no one is any the wiser.It's the perfect height for me - I am 5′ 4“ and with my chair on the lowest setting the ground is never quite close enough to rest my feet comfortably on the floor.It's a simple piece of plastic, but it has really upped the comfort game for working at my desk; and dare I say, it's helped me focus better too. It may need a large bag to carry it as isn't small, the sizes are as described .●benefits from first use, as a office worker, keeping this massager under my desk and even using it only for 10 min now and then makes a big difference, the soles and leg muscles feels more relaxed, less tension and also encourages to keep a healthy sitting position. For a better experience and feeling while using it is better to wear socks, for the legs to slide better on the surface.●made of hard plastic this massager is rust resistant and definitely going to last for ages. Easy to clean, can be washed under running water and the middle rools can be removed and opened for a deeper clean. Its legs have an anti-slip pad which allows the massager to be used with no problems on almost any surface like tiles, laminate floor or carpets.●Super easy to assemble, the legs just need to be pushed into the designed spaces on the platform but to disassemble it may be a bit difficult as the leg clips are to close to the platform and it needs something to be pushed, a better mechanism will be great.
