Suitable as flavour for cremes, parfaits, icecream, sorbets and jellies Selling Unit 250 g bag Ingredients: 100 % freeze-dried fruit powder, maltodextrin, citric acid Recipe: Add approx. 50 g fruit powder to 1 l liquid/whipped cream for a delicious cream. To coat pralines mix 1:1 with icing sugar.
