Just make sure you follow a good diet. I was struggling a little at first because I hadnt worked out in months. But after 3 weeks and not really watching my diet I am seeing results. So, I will be stricter with my diet now. I am in my 40's and my craving for sweets has so intensifide. It makes me wonder did somebody put a on curse me? Hahaha! Get this dvd program. It has motivated me to now get the P90X3. Everyone seems to love it.Like the original P90X, this workout does not require special equipment. In fact, JCORE goes one step further.
