## Questions & Answers

**Q: why does it take a whole week to ship a shipment? I made an order on the 13th of June and it still says you're preparing the shipment today the 21st.**
A: Hello Burkher,I'm not sure, but it sounds as if you ordered it from Amazon directly. As a Marketplace seller, we have never received an order from you and we process every order the same day, so it definitely wasn't us. Although, when you ask one of these questions, it goes out to everyone who has ever sold this product as well as everyone who ever bought it off of Amazon.Thank you,JonOnline ManagerAnnex Tees
