They write a lot neater and cleaner than dusty chalk sticks and are water based so very easy to wipe off. Features: These pens can either be 6mm Chisel nib or 5mm Bullet Nib, Just pull the nib out and turn it around. 8g Ink with pumping style nibs, so minimum ink wastage. Non Toxic and Water Based. Easy to wipe off. Suitable for children 3 years and over. Only for use on non porous surfaces. May not be suitable for standard chalkboards as may stain. If you are unsure whether your surface is suitable please test in a small area first, wait a few minutes then wipe away to see if it has been removed. How to use: For first use, Shake well until the inside ball is moving to mix the powder and liquid and keep pushing down the nib for 30 seconds or more until nib fills with ink. You can take out the nib to check whether the ink come through or not. I had bought a cheaper version at first and can see a significant difference as the liner actually writes clearly and it doesn't leave dots. The only thing which you have to be careful with is that the tip is quite thick, so you cannot write very small.
