Great fan
Great fan. Very powerful but not noisy. Comes with a remote. Well worth the money.

Good fan, excellent customer service
When I received the fan, it was easy to assemble and very quiet, but the remote control didn't work unless I held it very close to the sensor. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new remote. This didn't solve the issue, so they then arranged for a replacement fan to be delivered. As I'd already recycled the packaging, they arranged for the courier to wait while I put the old fan into the new box. The replacement fan works perfectly, very quiet and tall enough for the breeze to reach me when I'm in bed. The three speeds are perfect for getting the temperature just right in the room. It oscillates at just the right speed and doesn't cause any additional squeaking or rattling like my old fan. My only minor quibble is that the lights can be turned off when the fan is running, but come back on when you turn it off. I sleep with the lights off, and if I wake up in the night feeling cold and turn the fan off, my bedroom is filled with bright blue light. I have covered the lights with black duct tape to fix this issue, so it's not a huge problem, but the design would be better if the lights remain off until switched back on again, regardless of whether the fan is running or not. Just to add, the customer service and communications from this company have been excellent. They responded really quickly and made getting a replacement so easy. Thank you!

Interference from remote control of another device.
Good fan overall. The only issue is that the remote control for my Samsung Q930F soundbar interferes with it — the fan turns off whenever I lower the soundbar volume or press the soundbar remote’s power button.

Great Purchase. Very quiet and looks good too. Lots of features inc ionised air.
When the fan arrived it was very well packaged but not overly so. It was the work of minutes to get it out and start the assembly. The assembly comprises of two halves of a base that simply clip together and then fits onto the base of the fan unit. The clips on the two halves lined up perfectly and I also found that the holes for the screws were in the right place too. Often you have to jiggle and fiddle to get things together, but not in this case. Once I had the parts in my hand it took me no more than three or four minutes to have the fan plugged in and up and running. The tower is a sleek and well designed black, with nice little accents of highly reflective metal like inserts. The control panel on the fan is well laid out, easy to understand and a really nice blue colour. The operation of the fan is accomplished with a small remote control . There are six buttons and an on/off button. All well marked and with easy to understand icon for each. I tried all of the settings and found that the low speed is perfectly adequate so that leaves lots of extra fan power for the hot summer days to come. I particularly liked two extra features, not often present on fans. The first is the ability of the fan to ionise the air as it blows through. That didn't mean a lot to me so I did a bit of research. Ionising the flow of air causes any small particles in the air to become charged up, they clump together and are then attracted to the nearest electrically earthed object, for instance a radiator. This is great if you suffer from breathing problems. The more rubbish you can get out of the air that you breath, the better. The frequency of nosocomial infections in hospitals prompted the NHS to research the effectiveness of anions for air purification, finding that repeated airborne acinetobacter infections in a ward were eliminated by the installation of a negative air ioniser—the infection rate fell to zero, an unexpected result. Positive and negative ions produced by air conditioning systems have also been found by a manufacturer to inactivate viruses including influenza. That last statement certainly makes you think , especially during the period we are in now. There is also a small tray with a sponge in it near to the bottom of the tower. I put a few drops of scented oil in this and the fan also makes everything smell nice. I can now use the aromatherapy oil that I got to put into an oil burner. I had been unable to use this before because the burner set off my smoke alarms after just a few minutes. So, all in all I am more than pleased with my purchase. An issue that I had with the delivery was dealt with incredibly quickly by the manufacturer, in fact it took a day to get the missing part sent to me by one day delivery by DPD, so I am happy that the after sales service is good as well as the product. I liked the Tower so much that I bought a second one to give to my son. I hope he likes it as much as I do.

Great all-round fan
After reading reviews on many other fans I decided to go for this one. It was from a company I've never heard of, and they were fairly new. So it's always a bit of a risk. However, I'm delighted to say that the product came exactly as described, was very easy to set up, and only the assembly of the base is required. Screws are provided, and it is all self-explanatory although instructions are included. The aroma drawer was a little tough to get out, and when I pulled on the drawer to open it, a small section of the front fascia cracked. So I would urge caution when pulling this little drawer out and perhaps support the lower part of the fascia when you do. I contacted customer support to ask them about this because I don't feel I was heavy-handed, and I don't feel it should've cracked. I can't praise the customer service highly enough, and in particular Steph who took my call in the first instance, referred me back to the right channel online to contact them and upload images of the problem, through to organising an entirely new replacement unit, shipped the very next day to me. It comes with a 12 month warranty, and you need to go online and register it within a week in order to qualify for a second years warranty, which I would highly recommend doing, but with this first interaction with the customer service, I have great peace of mind that if anything should go wrong, it will be addressed very quickly, efficiently and professionally. A lot of larger and older companies who are perhaps more established could learn a few things from the customer service of this company. Overall the fan is quiet when running in its lowest setting, and ability to turn off the bright LED screen at night is a welcome addition. The rotation is more than adequate to cover an entire room, and its design means that it fits in well in the corner of any room. I highly recommend it, and I think that the features are excellent.

Cheap, but functional
Functional, but not high quality. The LEDs on the front do not turn off even when the fan is "off" (standby with remote, or standby button on the fan), only way to turn it off is to flip the switch at the socket or unplug it from the socket. When put into standby and then turned back, the fan will not remember it's previous settings as you might expect, and will always default the medium speed, no oscillation. When first set up, the fan was leaning and making creaking noises while oscillating, however, after applying some gentle force I was able to get it to straighten out. The LED screen just gives the room temperature which is a nice feature, the rest are BRIGHT LEDs for indicating the mode - If you need this on while sleeping, I'd suggest finding something to stick over the lights... The fan features a "Negative Ion Generator" which I assume is what they are advertising as the "Air Purifier". I haven't used it and will not be able to give a review on it as I have asthma and do not want to turn it on as the ozone generated can cause lung irritation. TLDR; Fan is cheap, however, looks decent, blows a good amount of air, decent size, just a few drawbacks with the LEDs, no memory of previous state and possibly stand build quality (unsure, could've been a one off).

Very Effective Fan
Great fan, moves a lot of air and tucks away nicely in the corner of the room.

Mine was faulty from the start
So disappointed and dissatisfied. I was so excited to finally invest in a fan that had night mode and air filtering. This arrived heavy than I expected but not necessarily a bad start. It’s tall, just about high enough to reach the top of the bed when on the floor. We have it to the foot of the bed. Took time to understand settings and set up. Went to turn on and it turned on and off quickly. U plugged and tried again, definite fault as it flicked on and off after less than a minute. There was an oily substance on the back of the device when setting up which worries me now. Looks good in the room, but doesn’t work at all.
