It was a bit tricky to put together, the tension on the height adjustment part is very high so it needs a bit of strength. Attaching the TV is definitely a two person job. The wheel locks are also very firm and need a bit of strength to lock/unlock too. Kids won't be able to I'm sure. When I move house next, I will basically just wrap the TV in bubble wrap, wheel it straight out into the lift, straight into a van, lock the wheels and do the opposite on the other side - the TV has gone from the hardest thing to move to the easiest.
