Good. Well built. Light. Compact. Strong. Has a weird unnecessary locking mechanism; I cut it off with bolt cutters. I got the 4 step version, I'm sure the 3 step is good too.

Perfect for our application. Our kitchen cabinets have high shelves and we needed something thin and light, yet sturdy. This is perfect.

Love this handy ladder. All edges are smooth, so it feels well made, easy to handle and quite light weight. Truly the sturdiest step ladder I've had, and I've had many. And when it's closed it flattens out nicely, so it doesn't stick out much from wherever you've got it stored. Highly recommended.

I am afraid of heights, and even a short step ladder isn't my most fun thing to climb up. For me a step ladder has to feel safe before I can climb it. This ladder feels safe and well built. It's aluminum which means I can store it on my porch to allow me easy access to not only anything small outside, but mostly to allow me to reach the top of my new Ford Explorer and wash the sun roof and even reach the center of the windshield. Without ladder I can not reach the center of my windshield. I chose this one because it appeared to be well made for the price. I feel comfortable in the decision I made buying this one. The one and only concern I even felt was when I noticed that even though the entire ladder is heavy-grade aluminum, the corners that connect the legs to the top cross bar are plastic. I guess it makes it less expensive, easier to build, and maybe lightweight, but the first time I sued it I actually twisted my 230 lbs. body on the top step and noticed I was putting a strain on the ladder corners. Not that I feared it would suddenly break without warning, but the thought crossed my mind that instead of twisting things while up in the air on the ladder, I needed to step off the ladder and move it a few inches into the next position before climbing it again. This could be an issue that nobody else would car about but that only caught my attention due to my fear of falling form a ladder. Of course it's so minor of an issue that I never considered returning the ladder. It is still the best and most perfect solution for me when I need a lightweight step ladder quickly. Wow! What a wonderful ladder! It is light enough for me, actually lighter than my previous two step ladders, and easy to open and close. The top bar gives me so much stability! Best ever!

Ayant des armoires qui vont jusqu'au plafond de 9' de haut, je n'avais d'autres choix que de me procurer un petit escabeau si je voulais pouvoir utiliser les tablettes du haut de mes armoires de cuisine. J'adore cet escabeau. Je le sens solide et je suis en confiance lorsque je l'utilise. Ce que j'adore par-dessus tout, c'est le peu de place qu'il prend lorsque plié que je peux le ranger entre le frigo et le mur pour toujours l'avoir à portée de main sans l'avoir dans les jambes! Excellent small stepladder. In most houses you wouldn't need a larger one. Folded up it fits in the narrowest gap. Lightweight - excellent, as I am disabled.

Nice compact design, however, some of the structural parts are plastic, so I don't expect them to wear well. After some use around the house today, I noticed the corners on the handle are visibly straining.
