A complaint was lodged with Amazon on 2nd Oct.'24, and an Engineer from brand visited and confirmed defect in the product. Amazon confirmed return of the product, with full refund. The product was picked up from my location on 11th October, but still after 9 days of Pick up, the app is showing it has not reached warehouse.
