## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are all of these the same length because they are pre-sharpened? If so, how?**
A: During the assembly line they are on the “sharpener” for the same amount of time.  It was on an episode of “How It’s Made”.

**Q: What country are they made in?**
A: Made for Amazon so probably Amazonia.

**Q: Are these pencils comparable to the ticonderoga pencils? Eraser and all?**
A: As a basic pencil, it is okay. Comparing it to Dixon Ticonderogas, no way! Also speaking as a teacher, students very easily pop these erasers completely out of the metal ring. That just does not happen with the Ticonderogas. With no eraser, the pencil either goes in the junk tray, or you must revive it by putting a pencil top eraser on it. However, with just an empty metal ring, eraser toppers rip quickly. I would rather go to a dollar store and get 24 cheaper pencils for a buck or $1.25 than use these Amazon ones. I rate 3/5 stars. They are solid wood, and the graphite inside is fine, but the erasers suck, and the presharpened lead points are not even good points. Much like a golf pencil point.

**Q: are the erasers latex free?**
A: The description says they are latex-free. We have a teacher who is allergic to latex and can't be near where it's in the air (like if someone pops a balloon or uses a latex eraser) and she's had no problems with these in her class so the description is correct.

Awesome. Compared to other pencil brands you get much more for the price you pay. They’re really durable and convenient and are nice to hold in your hand. They offer good grip and you do not get uncomfortable when you have it in your hand. The material is decent and sturdy and these pencils are versatile so you can take them lots of places and trust that they won’t break. Good quality wood as well. Amazing.
