Charger felt loose when connecting it. I found out that the charging port had become completely loose and had actually fell inside the base of the light after only 2 weeks. It clips onto the side of my laptop and is ready for the evenings when I need a little extra keyboard light. Just a quick tap and it starts working. Three taps for 3 levels of brightness, then a 4th tap for off. It will hold a charge for a decent amount of time. I accidentally left it on one time, and it was still on several hours later.I did have a problem after 3 months when the USB connector came loose inside the lamp and I could no longer charge it with the USB cable. A quick email to ZE-Factory (Amazon Marketplace) to explain the problem, and after verifying my order, they quickly sent out a replacement lamp. They were friendly and courteous and very helpful. Big kudos to these guys! Great Customer service!EDIT 12/29/18 - This is the third such lamp I've had, and the charging ports have broken on all 3 lamps. Apparently the quality just isn't there.
