I had my work colleagues pick two from each color and challenged them to complete the task by the end of the day. They are looking forward to doing it daily. The cards are good quality and the exercises are easy to follow.

Years of desk work have taken a toll on my body, despite all the ergonomic equipment and adaptations you can think of. These stretches and exercises were the ticket to relieving my pain. I placed the cards I use most often on the bulletin board above my desk as a visual reminder, and the size is also perfect for taping to the bottom of your monitor. The cards are high quality—I use them regularly and haven’t experienced any peeling or fraying at the corners or edges. I love that they’re color-coded by targeted body part, which makes it easy to find what you need quickly. Each card includes a clear, detailed description of the exercise or stretch on the back in case you need extra guidance. There’s a great variety of both seated and standing exercises, with a range of difficulty levels. These are perfect for incorporating more movement and stretches into a workday!

I use these all the time at work now. I enjoy the simple movements and if you do enough of them you really do feel the burn! Easy to understand what to do from the picture for most off them. You hardly need the directions on the back. And non-embarrassing to do with your co workers while you hang out during lunch! I would have liked thicker cards; I'm being careful but these would be easy to bend. I love the bright colors and the way the box opens. If you have a rolling chair, you may have to borrow a student chair or desk at lunch for some of the dips and things that require a non-moving chair.

These are about the size of playing cards. They have a lot of very useful information on stretches and chair exercises. Now it's just up to me now to do the exercise.

I break the deck up into 4 sets and get through 1 set each day. Great to remind me to move and stretch regularly.

Some of these are more involved than they lead you to believe.

The cards are on the small however they are very informative. I have them next to my monitor to help me get motivated to pull at least 1 card every 30 min or 2 an hour and either do standing at my desk or in my cubicle. I would recommend these since they have a smaller footprint than a large poster.

High quality, easy to do and understand

They are very good. Nice quality cardboard and organised with coloured tabs in a sturdy box. You can divide them into body parts or into your favourites and shuffle. Set a timer and pick a few - perfect for use in the office. I'm lazy. I've never used them. Be honest with yourself!
