It works great with the advantage of adjust-ability and should last a lifetime if not longer, I got the brass one, it is heavy and solid, also the very top section just pulls off and pushes back on with gentle pressure for a quick blade changeover or to clean, use good blades that suite your type of hair, if you are not sure buy a multi pack of different blades online and try them all but with the advantage of this razor being adjustable most good blades should work for your needs.
