**Q: Does this work if blind isn’t in a corner? And does it only work with roller blinds?**
A: It doesn’t work that well generally, to be honest: it sort of extends the blinds but not by that much so you still get light around the sides. You can bend these a bit to curve them, which helps a bit - but is not fool-proof. Also, actually rolling the blind up/down becomes more tricky... It’s a more involved solution but if you want proper black-out, you really need to have plastic tracks fitted for the blind to sit in as it moves up and down...

**Q: Do these work on roman blinds?**
A: I would assume so as they clip over the rolling part & just hang. You take them off when opening/closing

**Q: Do I need to take off every time I open the blinds?**
A: Yes I believe so. It has a hook that can hang onto your blind or onto a wall. I guess if it hooked onto something else other than your blind it is possible. For us we have to take it off so we don’t really. Hope this helps

**Q: Has anyone been able to widen the hook so blinds can be fully rolled up beneath/within the hook during the day?**
A: Not very well, no - a definite design flaw...

A powerful product if you hate light getting in! I bought this thinking it would be rubbish but very effective. Does hold the blinds back and hooks over the top well. Annoyingly, our pulley on the right hand side stops that side being completely flush with the wall, but works well other than that. Easy to assemble, plenty of thick high-quality material used and would therefore be suitable for most windows. Suction power, which Amazon wants me to score, is not appropriate. It simply hooks over and so doesn’t need to use suction. A great product!
