Now it barley moves around a few inches, but we can move it back if needed. The bag has fallen twice during use because the very top screw starts to work itself loose with a lot of spinning. It would make the floor above it shake and the bag would swing terribly which resulted in it not being used much. We decided to get a stand for the bag instead. This arrived quickly. Was simple to assemble. We can now hit our bag without it shaking the house. The bag does not swing nearly like it did when mounted to the ceiling. We were prepared to get weights to help hold the rack in place however so far it is sturdy as is and no weights are needed. The rack is well built, very solid and looks great in our gym. It fits perfectly in the corner.
