The clumpy texture does not seem to affect taste at all but may just look more like slightly wet sand after a while. If you are able to keep in a more airtight container this may help with this. There are lots of reports of rancid smelling/tasting product over the past few years. I've ordered it 16 times and two of my last three containers were rancid. The fact that the company doesn't allow refunds on bad product is perhaps the most telling signal that something's wrong. I've switched to a different brand. **Q: Is there any nutritional info on this? I.E. fat & sodium content, etc.** A: Serving size 15 g, Calorie 70, Fat 37 g, Cholest 8.67 g, Carbs 6.2 g, Sodium 541 g. and sugar 4.61g.
