The issue is that it's Salty going down, no coating - and when you take on an empty stomach you will get nausea as the salt burns a hole in your stomach (figuratively) where the concentrated pill is. Also I got this weird issue where after I took 2 or 3 with a lot of water for the first time, I had gratuitous, to the point I probably couldn't drowned in it, of saliva produced.
