The finish is nice and they're HEFTY - i can't imagine there's anything they can't hold. Came with screws and drywall anchors, but I swapped them out for different screws as they were going into a piece of wood that wasn't thick enough to take the length, but if you're screwing them directly into the wall you'll be fine with the included hardware. I learned from other reviews to measure screw locations individually instead of using one to mark a template for all of the hooks, as the screw hole positions vary from hook to hook. This wasn't a problem for me at all since I just marked the distance to the center of each hook and then eyeballed and held each hook while I drilled. Paired with some nice brackets I found on here for 8 bucks a piece and an old piece of wood i found and cut, and boom - for around 40 bucks and a half hour of work you've got a beautiful coat rack! For size reference, this is a 3 foot long piece of wood and there are 6 inches between each hook. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely and functional *by N***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 5, 2021* I attached these hooks to a reclaimed door lintel to make a coatrack for my late 1800s apartment. They are genuinely cast iron, very heavy, and appear to match the period of the room. I had to change out the screws provided as they were too long for my board, but that was easily done.This set is a replacement for a previous set—the coat rack fell off the wall onto a tile floor, and the longest hook on each piece broke off. I don’t think this was an indication of a defect, but just the nature of cast iron.I am well pleased with these. They appear a bit “rough”, but do not snag clothing.
