However I can’t fault these insoles. I have been suffering with painful heels for a while and even standing became painful. I used these for the first time in my converse whilst traveling and guess what no pain when I went to bed. My feet still hurt because converse aren’t the best shoe but I didn’t have heel pain. I definitely recommend these.
