I’ve always liked olive oil with Balsamic vinegar of Modena for dipping bread, so decided to try this dressing. Wow ! It was great on a salad with mixed lettuce, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, celery & avocado. Perfect with a crusty roll to sop up the remains of the dressing. Balsamic vinegar isn’t as acidic as red wine or apple cider vinegar yet has an amazing complexity of flavors.
