For the spin to work you need to leave the lock off the mechanism closest to the mop head. It works a treat when you put it in the bucket

Is the mop supposed to wring automatically or is it manual?

It’s manual and the dirty water goes into the other bucket when you wring the mop really good cos you can separate the buckets to empty the dirty water

Sorry I cant remember as I have got rid of it. I do remember it was a telescopic handle. My problem was that the joint at the bottom of the handle did not move easily and if I wished to change the angle of the head I had to do it by hand instead of just altering the angle as I moped. I changed to vileda which I find is great.

Can you buy more mop heads?

Not sure as extra one supplied . One on mop can be removed and bleached ready for reuse
