There were no assembly instructions, so I basically had to take a guess at how it fit together. Also, the bolts included are great quality, so after a few weeks use they started to loosen. It's not so much bother to tighten them back up, but it doesn't exactly fill you with confidence when it starts wobbling in the middle of a set of push ups. Otherwise, ergonomically very nice, comfortable to use, hooked on the doorframe and feels very secure in place. A good inexpensive option. ### ⭐⭐ Faulty. When assembling the item I was unable to tighten a bolt as the screw was slightly bent at the top.
