The internal fittings are standard and the inserts, though very thin are as stated on the descriptionHowever, the quality is not what I'd hoped for the price paid. It looks good on the picture but feels cheap. The magnetic clasp does not hold the journal closed particularly well and if it were any stronger, it would tear out of the cover.
