It works perfect with no drop of signal from my phone, or interference. Once you set it and pair it to your phone with bluetooth/wifi, it connects automatically when you turn your car on. Very convenient. There are several ways you can set it up in car to make it visible without obstructing your view. I've had it in two cars with zero issue. I absolutely love this device. MOREOVER... the dashcam is incredible. It comes with a forward facing and rear camera. It automatically records when it's on. I wasn't expecting to ever need dashcam footage. But I ended up in a hit and run accident and the dashcam footage is what the police and insurance companies relied on to prove that I was not at fault. The footage CLEARLY captured the other driver running a stop sign, hitting my car, and driving away It captured the drivers face very clearly, as well a the license plate. The dash cam footage and this device literally saved me thousands of dollars, because my car was totaled from the accident. I am so grateful for this device. Works exactly as described and very low maintenance!
