For months now if not years, I have had annoyingly watery eyes. They get so bad that last night they became excessively itchy in bed and when I rubbed them vigorously, I realised just how sore the eye surrounds were due to the constant stream of salty tears. It felt like a layer of skin was missing. The tears even seep up onto my eyelids making my eyeshadow patchy and wet. As soon as these drops arrived, I read the leaflet and applied a single drop to each eye. I also get bleary, blurred vision in one eye but this cleared up almost immediately. I thought nothing more about it until about two hours later when I realised I hadn't been tearing up at all. It was so bad, tears would drip onto my reading glasses and just run down my face constantly - even in dry weather with no wind! I've had two doses a few hours apart and I can safely say that these are likely to become a staple in my eye care. Now if there is any blur to my vision I realise it's a smudge on my spectacle lenses! My eyes feel 'normal' and I am no longer dabbing my cheeks or the sides of my nose the whole time. Highly recommended a very good price as these drops will undoubtedly last for quite a long time.

This is really good . It does actually moisten the eyes and doesn't sting like some fluids , just soothes and moistens . Good product .

I got these Murine dry and tired eye drops because my regular brand (the one beginning with an O) was out of stock, and these were a fair bit cheaper. Well, I quickly found out why they cost less — they just don’t perform at the same level. The drops feel very thin, almost like putting water in your eyes, and while they do take the edge off dryness for a short while, the relief doesn’t last. I found myself needing to use them again not long after, which means you go through the bottle much faster. On paper, they’re described as hydrating and soothing, but in practice the effect is mild at best. Yes, they’re contact lens friendly, and yes, they do make your eyes feel slightly fresher for a moment, but compared to top brands that give a more lasting, lubricated feel, these just don’t match up. In the end, the apparent saving isn’t really a saving — you simply end up using more, for less benefit. These are not terrible, as they do have some effect, but they certainly aren't great and in my opinion they are a very average option, hence the 3 star review, but I will be going back to my usual brand as soon as they are available again.

Quite effective at moistening my eyes. Personally, I'm terrible at putting drops into my eyes and often miss, but when I get the drop into my eye, it works quite well. I prefer gel but these liquid drops are quite effective.
