In fact my son started using it after he started to turn red. This lotion stopped the burn from progressing after applying and the redness disappeared whilst still out in the sun. We have had no issues regarding any skin reactions to this product at all and it feels comfortable to have on the skin. The size bottle purchased is huge and is much larger and cheaper than the same lotion, which can be purchased in a well known high street chemist. In fact I could not find a 400ml bottle of this lotion on sale in any other stores, only on other websites and it was very much dearer.
