It would not work as it stated, after I had tried a number of times to load onto the item it kept stating update, then connect for over three hours. I followed the directions as it stated and then when I went to support to find out why it would not reopen, all it would state was everything, but what was wrong with it. I was told by another friend that it must have been used before and sent to me as a new one, but not new given the fact that the card already had words written on it. I packaged it up and sent it back. I hope to find one that will work good, but I am afraid this one is not for me unless they can really send one that is new without anyone else haven written on the card. If you get one that has been written on the card or keeps telling you to format the reconnect every-time then sent it back, because it's not going to work for you.Thank youSusan ### ⭐ Was a refurbished unit and security is compromised *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2019* I opened the "sealed" box, to find a unit that had scratches on the LCD screen, and buff marks on the corners. For a hardware wallet where the security of the device is the main purpose of its existence, this is obviously very disconcerting. I contacted KeepKey to see fi they would help verify that the device was clean and unmolested from potential malware, but they informed me that they only guarantee the safety of their devices from certified sellers - which Vuviv is not one.
