Does it include the hanging kit?

Hi Tara- The training bags do not include the hanging kit, part# AP100. They do include a connector at the top of the bag to hanging it on your own chain or with the AP100 Hanging Kit. The reason we do this is that many people already have chains or a hanging method and do not need or want another hanging chain. Hope this helps, thanks- Jason

How do i know when is fill up to its capacity?

I filled it till i noticed the reaching point and i am satisfied with it, you can probably tip it off but is extremely heavy, I have this bag hanging in garage/gym over a 4x4 across two 2x6 beams and seems to hold well, exept when i uppercut it, it vibrates the 2nd floor but overall i love it!

What is correct mounting height? Center at eye level? Will it still swing if not using any chains? Ceiling is too low

I recommend having the widest circumference of the bag around nose height. This enables you to throw hooks accurately as well as upper cuts, simulating an opponent your approximate height the bag will still swing, if not, hung by chains but it will probably dec the movement of the bag, not a horrible thing.

Can you kick and knee it???

Knee: for sureKick: haven't tried it myself but I'm sure it could take the pounding. It's built like a big water-filled tank.
