    Second year using Horizon Math K...

This is my second year using the Horizons K math and I love it. Very simple begging and increase in challenges, without being overwhelming. The first one I ordered was not through this company, but the one I did purchase through this company I noticed has a much thinner cover. All of the content is still the same so the not so shinny and thinner bookcover isn't much of an issue. Homeschooling parents looking for a great way to ease your little ones into basic math skills, please try Horizons.

    Quality has severely decreased

I'm not sure if this is because it was sold on Amazon, or if horizons just greatly reduced the quality of their product, but this book feels ridiculously cheap. The pages are totally see-through, and the cover isn't even a thin cardboard. It's glossy like a magazine. I don't know if ordering through a reputable homeschool company would change the quality, or again, if horizon just lowered their standards to meet current demand. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I own an older horizon's one book and it's much better.

    Won’t hold up

This book came with a flimsy paper binding, unlike any other paperback book I’ve ever seen. The content seems to be the same, but the book won’t hold up long. If I wouldn’t have needed to use it as soon as it came it, it would have been returned and purchased from somewhere else.
