I've tried other sleep patches but ended up having a skin reaction to whatever adhesive was used. Left a red mark on my skin where I applied the patch. Wellamoon was the first patch I ever bought and I ended up going back to it. For me, the effects were immediate. (Directions state it could take 2-3 days for some people to benefit from it) Applied to the middle of my chest, I typically fall asleep within 15-20 minutes. Before that, I'd toss and turn--sometimes for a couple of hours--and wake up frequently during the night. I've also shared these patches with two other people (female) who told me they're sleeping better as well. Despite what other Reviews claim, the patches have a silky feel, don't stick to the skin too tightly (easy to peel off in the morning), and do have a fragrance from the ingredients but it isn't unpleasant. Smells like herbs. Buying the patches through Amazon also gives you the option of returning them if they don't work for you. Try some!

I'm disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I'm familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund. Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn't have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable. I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money. Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I'll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It's not just a waste of money, it's been a waste of an hour so far today (and it's not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

I was given a pack of these by my Mom.. If you are having issues with sleeping, you have got to try these!! They make you drowsy a bit, but I don’t wake up through the night like I did for years!! Do yourself a favor, and get a pack!! You won’t regret your decision….

These did well the first few nights but trailed off in effectiveness as the month progressed. By end of month, I noticed no effect.

Actually contains a consistent & effective amount of melatonin. Since my prior melatonin patch (the capy patch) stopped being sold I have been searching for a new patch. There are many out there that list Melatonin as an ingredient but no specific amount. Tried BUPRL & they did nothing for me. Switched to Wellamoon as they were one of the few products specifying the amount of melatonin they contain. These patches work great for me. They are slightly less sticky than some others but they stay on well for me and don’t irritate my skin. Works great for easily get back to sleep when the dogs wake me up in the middle of the night.

Edited to add: customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have not changed my mind about the product, but I have added a star to my review due to excellent customer service, which is very valuable from my point of view. Original review: When I started using these patches 5 months ago, I liked them very much. Using the extra strength allowed me to cut them in half. There was no thickness to them, they peeled off easily, and left no adhesive or product behind. I had not noticed any odor to them. Last month, I received my shipment and the product is now different, and I do not find it as effective as before. The patch is now a thin foam pad, and, hurts my skin when I remove it, and leaves both a residue and adhesive behind. I also noticed an odor to it. Unlike another reviewer, I couldn’t get the remaining adhesive off with soap and water. I tried rubbing alcohol which helped, and lotion which also helped. In the end, I had to “wear” it off. I also believe the formula has changed as well, since I didn’t find it as nearly effective as before the change. I switched to using a whole pad, but still don’t believe I got the same benefits as the old style delivered. The new patch feels greasy now, in addition to feeling super sticky. The new style patch didn’t come off during the night, but the old style didn’t either. I dislike the changed product and have stopped autoship. I am now going to order different brands in an attempt to find one I like as well as I did this one, prior to the change in the patch. I gave 2 stars, as it is a patch and did provide some benefit for my sleep. For purposes of comparison, I would have ranked the prior patches with 5 stars.

I cannot sleep a full night without these little patches. I put one on my chest every night. I have found this is the best spot. I tried the inside of my wrist, but I move so much in my sleep that it rubbed off, and I couldn't find it till later in the day, stuck to my sheets. You can not even feel them on you and they do not cause any skin irritation. I forgot to put one on last night and was up @ 4 in the morning. They do not make you have that groggy feeling either when you wake up. Super easy to use. I do keep mine in the bag so light does not hit them and make them not as strong. Peel and stick and then remove in the morning when you get up for the day. Not really much money either for a month worth basically.

The patch stayed in place on my arm all night. However, I used it the last 2 nights and the product did not work. I was unable to go to sleep both nights. My mind never relaxed. I am going to use it a few more nights to see if it gets any better over time. If not, I will return the product.

Il faut être patient et réaliste. Après une semaine j’ai vraiment vue une différence. Je dormais plus profondément et plus longtemps. Les journées où j’étais très stressée, les patches ont un peu moins fonctionné. Je suis convaincu qu’elle mon aidé à me calmer un peu mais je n’ai pas réussi a bien dormir. Je met mes patches sur mon poignet droit. Certains matins elles sont encore là au réveil, d’autres non. J’ai une peau sensible et je n’ai pas eu de réaction allergique à la colle. Je recommande ce produit mais il faut être patient et réaliste. Bonne nuit!

Good product, work well

I only use these occasionally and they help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. This is my second order.
