    The product showed up in a timely manner and for the most part was straightforward during the installation. Less than a month into the new sink we began to have an issue switching from one spray to the other, and now as of a week we only have the option of one . You are able to switch but the flow will not change, i would ask for an exchange but that would leave me without a kitchen faucet and i cant do that. The faceted looks good and is very sturdy but not having this additional function defeats the reason we're bought it.  I would like to think this is just a faulty item but purchase at your own risk.  Hile this helps.
