Unlike most stands, there weren't even silicon pads on the "shoulders" of the leaning platform to protect the back of the phone/tablet.SHARP EDGE IN PRONG: The thin silicon pads don't cover the upright inner lip of the prongs, so the sharp edge there is guaranteed to scratch anything sitting on/in it.TOO NARROW FOR MY 7/16 inch PHONE/CASE: The channel in the prongs, in which the phone sits, is only 3/8" wide at its base, so if your phone or tablet plus case is more than 3/8" wide, your device will not be resting fully in the prong, touching the "floor" of the prong. It would fit my Nexus 6p or ZTE Axon 7 ONLY without cases.POOR & MISLEADING PRODUCT PAGE: Docking a star for continuing to ship product that doesn't match the product page, despite multiple customer complaints over a long period of time. The big but is that the “forks” are bent too narrow so it will not hold your device if it’s in the case.
