I attempted to contact the seller, SZJCELEC via email, but they have completely ignored my multiple emails. I can't even get support through the Amazon order page because the "Support Window" closed on March 14th (my unit stopped working on March 19th). Very bad customer service from this seller. It's horrible that a $50 hub lasts only 3 months! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything works, HDMI, Ethernet, Audio & USB2 *by A***2 on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2019* Needed the Ethernet RJ45 port for my newer PC. It has no RJ45, most of the time WiFi is fine, but some spots just have poor coverage, and I need to use the LAN instead. In that location, have 2 mounted monitors, one uses the PC HDMI, 2nd montitor used Hub HDMI. Also use every USB2.0 port - keyboard, mouse, and Ext HDD. Headphones for the last I/O. Nice looking case, and stays fairly cool when in use.
