I suspect professional grade Chafers will be made from thicker stainless steel to withstand the rigors of commercial life but for household parties these were perfect. Kept my mash, chicken thighs, rice and mac & cheese warm for hours. Easy to put together. Good options with both large and small tray inserts and sturdy enough for the intended use.
