How much more tim should it takr** A: you could use the bottom pan to cook in regular time, or you need about addition 5 minutes in top pan **Q: can these pans be used for baking in the instapot or in a regular oven?** A: Not sure only used them for steaming. Excellent for that in IP or dutch oven **Q: Are there holes on the lid? I'm hoping at least one of the lids do have.** A: It is only 1 lid, that sits on the top container. If using 2, the top container acts as a lid for the bottom. The lid sits on the container with some minor room between its edge and the container. So much, that for my usage I used a strip of tinfoil around the edge of the lid, to ensure no air leakage. So no, this kid has no holes...But, yes, I believe it would vent fairly well without. It's an excellent product, made of a nice grade of stainless. I highly recommend. My use was in an old style pressure cooker, and it was success!
