The paper quality is good and the pages are thick. Using a sharpie pen, there is no bleed through. I like that the pages are numbered and pages 2-5 are set up to be a table of contents, if you so choose. It has a nice and thick plastic cover for both the front and the back. The spiral ring seems sturdy and like it won’t crush or snag in a backpack. I personally love that it is made in the USA by a Veteran-owned firm! Great American made product!
