They are single serving size and don't require refrigeration, so I don't have worry about having a half-used open can to deal with after I feed. Merrick is a high-quality food, so I know the dogs are getting the nutrition they need. The dogs love all the different flavors, and I've had no trouble with my picky eater - she happily eats them all. One of my dogs has to have special GI food for a chronic condition, and I use this as a topper. She's never had a problem with the Merrick food causing stomach upset or aggravating her condition.
