As part of the install you plug the Cujo into an ethernet port on the comcast router/wifi/modem box. and set Cujo for DHCP mode Then go to your laptop/ipad/iphone browser and enter the ip address of the comcast lox, log into it with the settings comcast gave you... usually admin and some long obscure password on disable the comcast DHCP service. If you don't have networking experience, have Cujo customer support on the phone, they are great. **Q: Does cujo work with the eero?** A: Yes, you will have to turn your Eero into Bridge mode. The question is whether it is compatible with the new Sky hub sr203. Cujo expects you to understand how DHCP works which is ridiculous. No matter how many times I followed their instructions I just kept knocking off the internet.
