We started batching small batches of this festival born recipe to serve Flor de Palomas on draft at Coachella Music Festival in 2016. After years of handcrafting millions of craft cocktails on the road at music festivals all over the country, we have found a home on the edge of San Francisco to properly batch, bottle, label & package our delicious craft mixers, elixirs & tonics and ship them to loyal bars, restaurants, festival fans & home bars all over the world. “From the excitement caused by the first Top Hat worn in public in 1797, to the heat and spice of our ginger beer today, this Top Hat Provision was made just for you – The Movers and Shakers” Review: Nice complex flavor, not sweet - I use this with my soda stream. Has a great adult/ mocktail flavor. There's some nice complexity to it but you have to be down with the grapefruit base flavor. It is not sweet. I do use more than a shot in my little soda bottle I think but it has been great. Review: too sweet - Unless diluted to the point of no flavor, this is too sweet for me. ## Features - For Instant Hibiscus Palomas: Handmade, non-alcoholic fan favorite made with grapefruit juice, lime juice, hibiscus, real cane sugar & grapefruit bitters.
