High dosage of Vitamin B Complex was recommended to me by my doctor for the Neuropathy. The painful needles, stabs, leg jerks, numbness and radiating pain from my feet to my thigh. The Methyl B Complex has worked better than any other B Complex I have tried. I was prescribed Gabapentin and other Rx, but prefer a natural means for better health. This B Complex and other methods help to keep painful legs more tolerable.

Years ago, I used a different brand with a similar formula. Unfortunately they removed the adenosylcobalamin and calcium folinate, telling their customers that it wasn't necessary. I know several people who abruptly found to much dismay that their product no longer worked. Several of us scoured the Internet in search for the same formula. I'm so happy that a few years after that product change, this company started making something very similar to the formula that worked so well for many of us. I would prefer that it was a 2 or 3 capsule dose, because this is a little strong for me as a 1 capsule dose , and the capsules are a little large for me.
