Kids Waterproof Cast Cover for Shower Arm, Rusable Protector Bag

Worked just as it was intended to keep my 10yr old son’s short arm cast dry in the shower. He did need a little help getting the sleeve on each time to ensure a tight waterproof seal. He is about 5ft tall and around 130lbs. The sleeve fit very snug, but comfortable, not restricting and soft enough to allow him to have full use of his fingers and hand while independently showering. We used this almost daily for nearly 7 weeks. Never leaked around the seals, kept his arm and cast completely dry every time. We even bought an extra to be kept at dad’s house and an extra to keep on hand for the future or to gift family/friends if needed. Hope to never need to purchase again, certainly will and recommend to others.

Extremely happy with this for my 7 year olds broken arm. We have a cast that goes up past the elbow and this was perfect sized! The arm hole itself is a bit snug, as it should be to keep water completely out — the product recommendations also read not to wear more than 30 minutes at a time which also makes sense. We’ve been extremely impressed with it.

This actually works so effectively! My daughter was able to go in the pool again with her cast and it didn’t leak at all. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Especially because it’s a lot cheaper than many of the alternatives on Amazon.

Hold a shower very well. Swimming pools or beach: NO! At least not for kids lol. (It is not advertised as beach or pool safe but putting the info out there since I bought it for this reason)

PERFECT for when my 14yo son broke his wrist. 2 was perfect. We even used one on a family day at the river floating and swimming. Kept his cast dry all day. Make sure you keep them “right side” out for drying. My son would turn his inside out to take it off and it would wind up with water trapped inside making it harder to dry out for the next use and then he’d put it on to use again with the damp side against his cast (I hope that makes sense) So much easier than when I was younger and struggled with trash bags and duct tape to keep casts dry.

This design is such a wonder! I had tried everything over the years to keep casts and wounds dry during showers, never very successfully however. This is a HASSLE FREE and 100 percent effective devise! They are available in all sizes and for arms, feet and legs.

This product is amazing. Whether you have a waterproof cast or not I would 100% recommend. It keeps all the water out without leaving a large mark and hurting your arm like others do. I went swimming, water tubing, and jumped from high heights into the water (all things I probably shouldn't have done with a broken bone, but oh well) my point being I did this for weeks without it leaking. Eventually it did leak but all things considered it was worth it. The only con I have it that it is large so if you are worried about it being baggy I wouldn't recommend. When you are in the water you can let the air out ad it will suction around your hand so it isn't baggy in the water. Would totally recommend, it made showering easier, and saved my summer.
