Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch, 22oz (Pack of 1) - Non GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher

I have used Bob's Red Mill products for years. They are always great quality for a good price. This is the best potato starch, mixes down easy, smooth with no lumps! Great for gravy!

Good quality. I’m using this starch in cooking and also as a talc free alternative to a baby powder. I used cornstarch before for the same purpose, but recently read that potato starch is generally superior to cornstarch because it is less likely to fuel bacterial or yeast infections and provides a smoother, more effective barrier.

This was recommended to me by a physician to support healing my gut microbe after C-diff. It feeds the healthy bacteria. I swear by it. Start slow though, too much will result in gassy, bloating abdominal issue

This product is good for thickening soups.

Honestly, good price per box in the market. You can get the same product somewhere else but, they are only 20oz instead of 22oz for the same price.

This is one of the best potato starches I have used so far. There is something nice about the end taste of this product as well compared to few others. The real beauty I think is that it’s not too small. It’s the right size, you can use it plenty of times before it feels like it’s reaching the end, but it’s not so big that it takes up space in your kitchen. On a plus size too, it’s resealable! I think it’s hard to find potato starch that isn’t packaged so small or difficult to close. I really enjoyed this. Will purchase again.
