## Description

SurmountWay vertical cutting chainsaw with free adjustment cutting width from 2"-6", is a decent tool for easily cutting various trees into lumber and beautiful slabs. It will come with rich accessories including 1 x Lumber Cutting Guide, 1 x screwdriver and nut, 1 x wrench, upgrade 1 x socket wrench, 3 x sharpening chain files and handle, which can fully meet your different demands

Review: Pretty Neat Device - I used it with a Husqvarna Rancher 460 chain saw w/24 in bar. The log is hardwood: pecan. I made the planks with this vertical chainsaw mill (you can find how to videos on you tube under "vertical chainsaw mill" I didn't use a ripping chain, might have made for cleaner cuts. My result was the rough cut bar top shown in the last picture. For the price, this is great. If you have to mill a lot of wood - not your best option. Be sure to really tighten the device bracket to the chainsaw bar, the fasteners vibrate loose, then you have to sift through saw dust on the ground to recover them.
Review: Pivot bolt to small diameter for pivot tube! - I was excited to get this product because of the welded construction. However, there is a major manufacturing defect. The pivot tube is to large for the pivot bolt. This creates a great amount of slop in the pivot which would make consistent straight cuts impossible. The second defect is the saw clamp mechanism. The corners are to big to allow it to pivot, so the saw can only make a limited depth cut. I could have fixed this with a grinder to round off the corners a little. But because of the first issue I mentioned above, it was not worth the effort. If the manufacture would have used a properly sized bolt and pivot tube, I would be telling a different story...

### ⭐ Pivot bolt to small diameter for pivot tube!

I was excited to get this product because of the welded construction. However, there is a major manufacturing defect. The pivot tube is to large for the pivot bolt. This creates a great amount of slop in the pivot which would make consistent straight cuts impossible. The second defect is the saw clamp mechanism. ### ⭐⭐⭐ You get what you pay for

Horrible quality. Threads were buggered up from the start. I guess nobody at quality control was working that day. Being as there is nothing to hold the end of the bar steady, there is some play and you will not get a smooth cut. I did manage to get the job done. It just wasn't as good as I had hoped.
