The fact that this one is marketed as high antioxidant made it feel like an easy upgrade. It is a light to medium roast, super smooth, and not bitter at all. The beans smell fresh right out of the 5 pound bag, and it brews a clean, balanced cup that does not taste burnt or acidic. After drinking it daily for a couple of weeks, I genuinely look forward to my morning cups. It feels good knowing I am doing something small that could support my liver long term. Compared to typical grocery store light roasts, this tastes fresher and less harsh on my stomach. I brew it in my drip machine and sometimes as a pour over, and both ways come out smooth. If you are already a coffee drinker and want one that feels a little more intentional health wise, this is an easy switch.
